After signing the Contract, we will stay on top of the expiration dates of each of the due diligent periods, all the way to closing. In case an addendum to the contract needs to be submitted to the Seller for consideration, we can have the document drawn up within a timely fashion. After closing, most Brokers will think their job is done and that they have earned their commission.
