Joan has a Bachelor
ot Science degree with a major in Real Estate and Insurance from
University of Southern Mississippi in 1986. She has been licensed
in Mississippi with Real Estate Brokers license. She has held a
Texas Real Estate sales license, Missouri Real Estates sales license,
and Kansas Real Estate sales license. She currently holds a Missouri
Real Estate Brokers license and Kansas Real Estate Brokers license.
Designations included Master Residential Appraiser (MRA), Master
Farm and Land Appraiser (MFLA), and Master Senior Appraiser (MSA)
from National Association of Master Appraisers - Lincoln Graduate
Center in San Antonio, TX. Joan
is an active member of the North Kansas City Business Council,
Kansas City Association of Realtors, and National Association
of Realtors.
